Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
A governance-led commitment to ethical practice, transparency, and responsible delivery across all operations and supply chains.
Peak Medical and Rescue Limited voluntarily publishes this statement in line with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. While not legally required based on current turnover, we consider transparency and ethical accountability to be fundamental to how we operate.
Our model is built on governance, professional accountability, and operational integrity. This extends beyond clinical delivery into how we engage staff, subcontractors, and suppliers across all areas of the business.
Our Organisation
Peak Medical and Rescue Limited (Company No. 15948952) is a UK-based provider of specialist medical, rescue, and safety services for events, businesses, and organisations operating in complex and high-risk environments.
We operate solely within the United Kingdom as a single-entity organisation, with no subsidiaries or international operations.
Registered Office: 1 Crag Hall Cottage, Wildboarclough, Cheshire, SK11 0BD
Our Supply Chain
Clinical and Equipment
Medical consumables, clinical equipment, and rescue systems sourced from UK suppliers.
Operational Support
Vehicles, servicing, fuel, communications, and logistics providers.
Workforce
Subcontracted clinicians, first responders, and support personnel engaged directly.
Our supply chain is entirely UK-based. We do not operate in, nor procure from, regions identified as high risk for modern slavery. This significantly reduces exposure, but does not remove our responsibility to remain vigilant.
Policies and Governance
Ethical conduct is embedded within our governance framework. We maintain policies and procedures designed to ensure lawful, safe, and professional working practices across all activities.
As the organisation grows, we will formalise supplier expectations through proportionate vetting processes and a structured Supplier Code of Conduct.
Risk Assessment and Due Diligence
Based on the nature, scale, and geographic scope of our operations, we assess the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain as low. However, we maintain a proactive approach to due diligence and risk management.
- Verification of identity and right-to-work for all personnel
- Direct engagement with subcontractors rather than agency-based labour
- Use of reputable UK-based suppliers
- Clear internal reporting routes through whistleblowing processes
Training and Awareness
Staff receive safeguarding training which includes recognising vulnerability, exploitation, and appropriate escalation pathways. Leadership maintains oversight of ethical risk and accountability.
As the organisation develops, we will expand structured training and awareness in line with operational growth.
Continuous Improvement
We are committed to strengthening our approach over time. This includes embedding ethical considerations into procurement decisions, enhancing supplier engagement, and reviewing this statement annually.
