Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Peak Medical and Rescue Limited
Financial year ending: 11 September 2026

Peak Medical and Rescue Limited (“the Company”) is voluntarily publishing this Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement in line with the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. Although our annual turnover is below the statutory threshold that mandates reporting, we recognise our responsibility to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chain and are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards.

1. Our Organisation

Peak Medical and Rescue Limited (Company No. 15948952) is a UK-registered provider of medical, rescue, and safety services for events, businesses, and organisations. We operate solely within the United Kingdom and are a single-entity organisation with no subsidiaries or international operations.
Registered office: 1 Crag Hall Cottage, Wildboarclough, Cheshire, SK11 0BD.

2. Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain is entirely UK-based and consists primarily of:

  • Medical consumables and equipment suppliers
  • Rescue and safety equipment providers
  • Uniform and apparel suppliers
  • Vehicle maintenance, servicing, and fuel providers
  • Technology and communications suppliers
  • Subcontracted clinicians, first aiders, and support staff

We do not use suppliers outside the United Kingdom and have no known high-risk areas for modern slavery within our current operations or procurement.

3. Our Policies and Governance

We maintain internal policies designed to promote safe, lawful, and ethical working practices. These include:

  • Safeguarding Policy
  • Whistleblowing Policy
  • Recruitment and Right-to-Work Checks in line with UK legislation
  • Commitment to Ethical Conduct embedded in organisational culture

Although we do not currently operate a formal Supplier Code of Conduct, we are committed to engaging with suppliers who uphold UK labour laws and ethical standards. We plan to strengthen this area by introducing proportionate supplier vetting measures as we continue to grow.

4. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

Given the nature and scale of our operations, our assessment indicates a low risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain. Nonetheless, we are committed to continual improvement and:

  • Verify identity and right-to-work for all staff
  • Engage subcontractors directly rather than through labour-hire agencies
  • Work with reputable UK-based suppliers subject to UK employment and ethical standards
  • Encourage staff to report concerns through our whistleblowing process

As the business grows, we will expand supply-chain due diligence to include formalised supplier reviews and transparency expectations.

5. Training and Awareness

All staff receive safeguarding training, which includes awareness of vulnerabilities, exploitation, and reporting mechanisms. Senior leaders are informed of their responsibilities in identifying and acting upon any concerns relating to modern slavery.

We are committed to introducing additional training and guidance as our organisation scales.

6. Continuous Improvement

Peak Medical and Rescue Limited will continue to develop its approach to preventing modern slavery by:

  • Strengthening supplier-related policies
  • Incorporating ethical considerations into procurement decisions
  • Reviewing this statement annually to reflect organisational growth and best practice
