Immediate Response: CPR & Defibrillator Training (4 Hour)

A practical, hands-on workshop designed to give you the confidence to act quickly and effectively in a cardiac emergency.

Open to anyone, this session focuses on recognising cardiac arrest, performing high-quality CPR, and using an AED safely and confidently.
