Our 4-hour “Start a Heart” CPR course, held at Peak Medical & Rescue headquarters on the edge of the Peak District in Leek, gives you the skills and confidence to act quickly in an emergency.
Taught by frontline medical professionals and mountain rescue clinicians, this practical, hands-on session is designed for individuals, community groups, and workplaces who want to learn lifesaving CPR skills in a supportive, engaging environment.
THis course is fully aligned with UK Resuscitation Council (UKRC) guidelines.
