16-Hour Outdoor First Aid
Our 16-hour Outdoor First Aid course is ideal for outdoor instructors, mountain leaders, and adventure enthusiasts who need a nationally recognised qualification for remote and wilderness environments. Over two days, you’ll learn how to assess and manage incidents far from immediate medical help, covering trauma care, hypothermia, fractures, medical emergencies, and evacuation techniques.

Start a Heart – CPR Training
The Start a Heart CPR course is a 4-hour, hands-on workshop that teaches you how to recognise cardiac arrest, perform effective CPR, and use an AED (defibrillator) with confidence. Open to anyone, this practical session empowers you to take lifesaving action at home, at work, or in the community.
